ABOUT VOLCANO COFFEE LTD

Volcano Coffee is a Ugandan specialty coffee brand, national in scope, Ugandan by origin, specialty grade by nature.

Founded in February 2007 and registered on 15th May 2008 by Gerald Katabazi, a professional barista, social entrepreneur, and Mandela Washington Fellow 2017, Volcano Coffee was born in the hills of Kasese with one mission: to make farmers earn rightly, from garden to cup.

What started at Forest Mall, Kampala – where our tantalizing aroma forced us to move because tenants couldn’t concentrate – is now headquartered at Nakawa, opposite Nakawa Business Park, New Port Bell Road, Kampala, with a roastery, coffee shop, restaurant, skills development centre, and mini-bar.
